Peacefully passed away at Brampton Civic Hospital with her family by her side on December 6, 2011 in her 64th year. Predeceased by her loving husband Bob (2003). Cherished mother of Jennifer Ballard (Lee Guildford), Janice Heavens and Mary Ella Arancio (Joe) and will be sadly missed by her son-in-law Darren Ballard. Proud Nanny of Jessica, Micheal, Taylor and Martin Ballard; Ryan, Tyler and Christina Guildford; Emily and Lindsey Arancio. Survived by her sisters Nancy Welsh, Margurite (predeceased by Arch) Crocker, Phyllis (Gurn) Crocker, Alice (Lawrence) Hennigar, Irene Patey and her brother Tom (Chelsia) Patey, predeceased by her brother Fred (survived by sister-in-law Linda). Norma will be sadly missed by family and many friends.

Family and Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home “Brampton Chapel”, 52 Main Street South (Hwy 10), Brampton on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday December 13th, 2011 at St. James the Apostle, 3 Cathedral Road, Brampton at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to a St. James the Apostle would be appreciated.
