It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Nicola (Nick) Corrado. God called Nicola home surrounded by his family on January 17, 2026, at the age of 78. He will be forever missed by his beloved wife, Adalgisa, of 55 years and loving children, Giovanni (Kyla), Rina (Laurie), and Daniella (David). He was the cherished Nonno of his six grandchildren, Jacob (Emily), Sofia, Kelsey, Jace, Noah and Sienna, who will hold him in their hearts and memories forever.

Nicola was born in Catanzaro, Calabria, Italy, in 1947, the first of six children born to the late Maria Caterina (Iozzo) and Giovanni Corrado. His family immigrated to Canada in 1959 through Halifax and settled in Toronto. Nicola was an avid drummer in his early years with a passion for rhythm and blues. After his marriage in 1970, he devoted his life to his family and dedicated his passion to baking which he mastered into his later years.

He will forever be held dear in our hearts as a strong family man whose memory lives on through his family and all who loved him.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in designation to Lung Cancer Research, in loving memory of Nicola Corrado.
