Our beloved Nathaniel Gabriel Williams passed away at his home surrounded by his family on Monday, January 10th, 2022 at the age of 45. Survived by his beloved wife Wytisha Williams. Loving father to Hazika, Isaac, Sariyah, Urael, Makeda, and Yahzara Williams . He will be dearly missed by his siblings, Eric, Edrick, Kenrick, Rodrick, and Beverley. Cherished by his extended family and friends. He was born on November 7th 1976 in St. Johns, Grenada to Desmond Gilbert and Anne Williams. Nathaniel was baptized at the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewhadeo Church, Medhane Alem branch in Toronto and was blessed as Haile Maskel. He is also an honorable brother of the Rastafari community where he is known as Ras Ibriel. Nathaniel will always be remembered for his love of playing the drums. May his soul prosper on I-ternally. Family and friends will be received at Ward Funeral Home (Weston Chapel) located at 2035 Weston Rd. on Friday, January 21st from 4:00-8:00 pm. A funeral service will be held at The Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church on Saturday January 22nd at 10:00 a.m. following the burial at Beechwood Cemetery located at 7241 Jane St. While at church, women must cover their head. The family has provided the opportunity to view the Live Stream service from the comfort of your own home.
