Colley Nancy Marie (nee Pike)

Peacefully, at Holland Christian Homes on Friday, February 3, 2023. Marie was in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late Sidney. Cherished mother of Paul Mansbridge (Lucie), and the late Peter Mansbridge. Grandmother of Kelly McGill (Steven), and great grandmother of Harry and Mia. Grandmother of Rodney Elliott (Chelsea), and great grandmother of Ethan, Abigail, Sophie, and Noah. Aunt of Susan Bailey (John), great aunt of Kevin (Karinna), and great great aunt of Wystan; great aunt of Andrea (Jonathan), and great great aunt of Ellie. Aunt of Stuart Pike (Katherine), and great aunt of Louisa. Aunt of Stephen Pike (Jennifer), and great aunt of Rebecca, Jared, and Sam.

She will be dearly missed by her close friends and family.

Marie spent much of her working life as a Kindergarten and Music teacher, combining two of her loves: music and children. Her knowledge and skills eventually lead to her becoming a Music Consultant with the Peel Board of Education. In her retirement, Marie continued to share her love of music at Holland Christian Homes (HCH), where she played the piano regularly for church services, or for the enjoyment of residents and staff. She was an active volunteer at HCH for over 30 years, bringing light and laughter to every life she touched. She will be remembered for her joyful spirit, her zest for life, and her unwavering optimism.
