Passed away peacefully on January25, 2015 at the age of 40 . Loving mother of Bryana, Ava and Laylah. Cherished daughter of Melina and Ernesto. Devoted sister of Patty Tramontozzi (Nunzio) and Rosanna Paolucci (William). Beloved aunt of Marcus, Amanda, Dominic and Samantha.

Friends and family will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy. 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, 905-851-9100, on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-9 pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St Padre Pio Church, 5500 Major Mackenzie Drive, Kleinburg, on Wednesday January 28, 2015 at 9:30am. Entombment to follow at Glendale Cemetery.
