Wathen: Myrtle Evelyn (Nee Martin)
Myrtle Wathen at the age of 88, with family present passed peacefully on Sunday January 22, 2012 at the Davis Center, Bolton. Dearly beloved wife of 50 years to the late Ernest Charles. Loving mother of Sharon Panacci (Vince) and Mary Bowman. Cherished Grandma of Steven (Angela), Christopher, Laura (Rick) and Andrew and Great-grandma of Matthew, Nathan and baby RJ. Dear sister of Bernard (Bud) Martin and the late Ivy Wilkes and Stella Hanson. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday at 11:30am. Interment to follow at Sanctuary Park Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to CNIB or the Alzheimers Society would be appreciated.
