GIANCASPRO, Michele

On October 23, 2012 after a battle with cancer surrounded by his family at home. He will be greatly missed and never forgotten. Michele was received into the arms of Our Father. He is survived by his loving wife Mary, of 38 years. Beloved father of Domenica(Fabio) Mele, Anna (Mario) Santacroce, Katherine(Tony) Berlino and Mark (Nadia) Giancaspro. Cherished Nonno to nine wonderful grandchildren. Born in Bari, Italy to Pasquale and Dominica Giancaspro. Michele was one of eight children. He immigrated to Canada in the mid 1960’s where he worked as a brick layer. Michele was a great fan of soccer and an avid tomato gardener. Michele was a loving husband, devoted father and a great friend to all who knew him.

Family and Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 52 Main Street South (Hwy #10), Brampton on Friday October 26, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9pm.
