Died peacefully in his home in Etobicoke on Wednesday, September 19, 2012 in his 88th year. He will be sadly missed by his daughter, Heidi Nota-Reid, his son in law, Ross Reid, his grandchildren, Christopher Nota and Robin Ann Reid, great-grandson, Austin Michael Reid, his cousin, Michael Notta and wife Rose Notta, as well as extended family in the U.S.A, dear friends, neighbors and members of Club 88 and the Donauschwaben Club.

Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 2035 Weston Road (north of Lawrence Ave) Weston, on Sunday, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
A service will be held in the chapel on Monday, September 24, 2012 at 11a.m. Interment to follow at Sanctuary Park.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to Canadian Diabetes Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
