Mavis Smickle
September 21,1938 - August 15, 2023

On the morning of August 15th, 2023, Mrs. Mavis Urciel Smickle, affectionally known as Aunt May, passed away peacefully in bed, next to her youngest daughter, Denise Patricia Smickle/Fairweather (Petal). It was about a month from her 85th birthday. Born 21st September 1938, leaving behind one sister Mrs. McCarthy, four daughters and a son; Janet, Georgia (Gee), Zilla (Carol), Denise (Petal), and David (Derek), 2 adopted children; Kevin and Kuri, eleven grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Words cannot describe all that she really was to all the people she crossed in this life, however, she is now at peace, resting, knowing that we will remember her in our every tomorrow.

The service in Jamaica will be live streamed and the link will be added the day before the funeral.
