Mary Violette Née Cyr

It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Mary Violette (Cyr) at the age of 95

Predeceased by her beloved husband Ronald E. Violette (2003). She will be dearly missed by her daughter Karen Wichert (Davis), Kim Schiccitano (predeceased 2019) (Tony). Grandmother to Lindsay Wichert-Pallotta (Joey) and Great-Grandmother to Frankie and Anthony who she adored.

Predeceased by her siblings Edwin Cyr, Francis Turgeon (Tom), Sonya Hall (Harry), Norma Martin (Fern) and Andy Cyr (Gilberte).

Mary leaves behind many nieces, nephews and friends who will miss her dearly.

Mary was a kind hearted person who was always willing to help others. She loved her Tennis and was a member of the Bayview Tennis Club for years until she could not play anymore at the age of 80. She also loved her Saturday night bingo with her friends. Mary will be deeply missed by all of her family and friends.

Viewing will be held at The Ward Funeral Home "Weston Chapel", 2305 Weston Road, Toronto, Ontario on Sunday, August 17 from 4pm. - 9pm. 

Funeral Service will be held at St. Peter's Catholic Church, 100 Bainbridge Ave, Woodbridge, Ontario on Monday, August 18, at 11am Followed by cremation.

A gathering will be held after the service in the church hall.
