Mary Fisher

Passed away peacefully with family by her side on Tuesday December 2, 2025 at the age of 92. Devoted wife of Mathew for 73 wonderful years. Proud father of Brenda (Bill), Robert, Diana, Kenneth, Deborah, the late Matthew, Douglas, Donald and Shari (Jim). Cherished Granny or The Gran to 18 Grandchildren. Loving great grandmother a.k.a “Great One” to 28 great grandchildren. 

She will be fondly remembered by her many family and friends. Mary has been reunited with her loved ones who went before her. Mary will be dearly missed, particularly by her husband, Matthew, whose unwavering love and care sustained her through so many years. His devotion is a true testament to their love. Mary loved her family, her extended family and her work family. 

She was a social butterfly. She loved parties and would partake of a rye and coke upon occasion. She was mother to everybody and anybody who needed one. She taught many people how to love. She loved Bingo and the casino trips twice a year. She loved girls weekends and her time with the Weir girls. She adored her husband. Mary was known for her vibrant spirit and her love of people. She found great happiness in the company of others and brought warmth and laughter where ever she went. She especially loved to dance and sing, filling every gathering with joy.
