Mary Stella Constantino (nee Pilutti)
Peacefully on the morning of September 15, 2026 Mary Constantino, beloved wife of the late Victor (1997), proud mother of daughters Marie (Dave Maharaj) and Cathy (Gerald de Roeper) and Nonni of adored grandson Tyler de Roeper (Valeria Ricci-Capredoni). Predeceased by brothers John (Audrey), Jimmy (Adeline) and sisters Velma (Morro), Isolina (Ray), Lena (Johnny), Audrey (Fred), Rosella (Len), brother-in-laws Dom (Mary), Joseph (Rose), Gus, Norm (Louise), Benny (Helen), Louie (Deam), and sister-in-laws Josie (Nick), Carmella (Sam) Helen (Frank), and Teresa (George).
Born in Toronto, Ontario on September 23, 1923 Mary was the first of 3 Canadians born to Italian immigrants, Ferdinando and Margarita Pilutti. Mary lived a long life. 103 years is a Celebration of Life. She was a true beauty in so many ways. A kind heart, a beautiful mind, a devoted wife, mother, nonna, sister and friend to many. Mary was a gentle and sweet soul. She was a survivor of the Great Depression, she was strong, yet sensitive, insightful, intelligent, and open-minded. She loved and was loved by all who knew her.
Mary will be truly missed and she leaves behind a legacy of her many stories that will be forever remembered by all of her family and friends who had the privilege of sitting down and listening to her tell a story or two.

Visitation will be at Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road, Toronto, (north of Lawrence Ave. W.) on Monday September 21st from 2-4 and 6-8pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday September 22nd, at 10:30am. Interment will take place at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, 8361 Yonge Street, Thornhill.

Following the chapel service, a reception will be held in the Weston Room to continue celebrating Mary's Life.

The interment will take place early afternoon, following the reception.
