BELL, Mary Louisa (nee Mason) –Passed away peacefully at Bluewater Health in Sarnia on Thursday, September 13, 2012, at age 86, with her family by her side. Her loving children Peter and his partner Jennifer, Nancy and her husband Stan and Mary’s three loving granddaughters, Stacey, Amanda and Samantha, will all dearly miss her. Her family meant the world to her and she was especially proud of her ‘3 girls’ and cherished every moment with them. Mary loved animals and was devoted to her beloved dog, Toby. Also survived and loved by siblings Bill (Margaret), Joan, Jack, Bob and Betty (Harold). Even though she did not own a computer she kept everyone connected. Many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours will sadly miss her. Predeceased by her beloved husband Clarence Elmer (Bud) Bell (1974), her parents Charles and Marion Mason, brother Charlie and sister Helen. Mary trained as a Registered Nurse at Toronto Western Hospital, graduating in 1947 and worked for 42 years, mostly at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. She enjoyed her regular nurses luncheons and staying in touch with her nursing friends. The family would like to thank her caring and compassionate doctors, Dr. L. Kolano, Dr. P. Shetty and Dr. K. Shetty as well as all the nursing and support staff in CCU and Medical Telemetry Unit, whose care and kindness was outstanding and appreciated. We also want to thank all her caring and friendly neighbours that kept a watchful eye over her and were always on hand to give her assistance.
