Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on April 10, 2012 at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital at the age of 97. Predeceased by her beloved husband Alfred (1953) and her grandson Tim (2007). Survived by her loving children Vern (Maureen) and Ursula Babcock. Cherished Omi to Michael, Kevin (Julie) and Danny and great-Omi to Logan and Teron. Cherished sister to Hilda and Erika. Martha will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

Family and Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home “Oakville Chapel”, 109 Reynolds Street, Oakville on Monday April 16th, 2012 from 12-1p.m. Service to follow at 1:00p.m. Interment to follow at Prospect Cemetery.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital – Chronic Care Unit would be appreciated.
