Peacefully on October 15th, 2013 at Wellington Park Long Term Care Facility, Burlington, at the age of 89.
Predeceased by her husband Jack Guerin. Loving mother of Nancy and her husband Greg Hughes, and Peggy and her partner Paul Azzopardi.
Cherished Grandma of Scott, Tyler, Karen, Trudy and Great-Grandma of Breanne, Eric, Nathan and Pearson. Dear sister of Dorothy McFadden and the late Joan Caldwell.
Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 109 Reynolds Street, Oakville, on Saturday, October 19th, from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m., with a Memorial Service to follow at 12 p.m. in the Chapel.
