Mario Scenna
Passed away peacefully at his home on Monday August 29, 2022 with his family at his side. Mario was born on October 12, 1939 in Corfinio Italy. Family and friends were Mario's passion and delight. Predeceased by his beloved wife Anna Rosa Scenna. Proud and loving father of Miranda Scenna (Salvatore Cozzoli) and Rosanna DeLellis (Rick Antonucci). Cherished Nonno of Alessia, Chiara and Eva DeLellis. Mario will be sadly missed by his many family and friends.
The family wishes to thank all of those who cared for him during his illness.
Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 4671 Hwy 7, Woodbridge (just west of Pine Valley Dr.) on Thursday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. A mass will be held on Friday September 2, 2022 at 10 a.m. at St. Margaret Mary Church 8500 Islington Ave., Woodbridge (just south of Langstaff Rd). Entombment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the COPD Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
