Passed away peacefully on Thursday January 5, 2017 surrounded by his loving family at the age of 85. Devoted husband of Anna for 63 wonderful years. Proud father of Romano (Dawn) and Mark (Patricia). Cherished Nonno and Grand Dad to Mark, Courtney (Mathew), Michael, Victoria and Emily. Sadly missed by his sister Sandra, all of his relatives and friends. Mario is predeceased by his siblings Luciano, Sergio, Rita and Pino.

Mario, may you swim forever in a sea of love.

Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy. 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, 905-851-9100, on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. A mass will be held at St. Roch’s Parish on Monday January 9, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
