Maria Pandolfi

Maria was born on March 27, 1936 in the city of Terracina, in the province of Latina, in Italy. She passed on Thursday July 24th 2014, peacefully and comfortably in her home, in Mississauga, as she had wanted. Maria had endured a good deal of pain and suffering over the last couple of years, starting with her dementia and then cancer.
Maria will be sadly missed by all the members of her family. She loved all her extended family and enjoyed spending time with them all. Maria was a quiet, kind, and generous lady. She preferred to pray in private, read spiritual magazines and enjoyed watching the classic movies, on her favorite TV channel -TCM. Oddly enough she really liked to iron and clean, especially floors.
In lieu of flowers, Maria’s family has asked for donations to the Alzhiemer Society of Peel and to the Trillium Health Partners Foundation – Credit Valley – Cancer Clinic. See the Donation section for further details.
