Maria Paller nee Cologna

After a courageous battle, with much dignity and acceptance, peacefully, on Wednesday May 3, 2017 at the age of 82 we said our farewells to our dear Mother and Nonna.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Alfredo. Cherished mother to Dolores (Luciano) and Piergiorgio (Angela). Nonna to Melissa, Christian (Allison), Lauren (Colin), Kayla and Jeffrey. Bisnonna to Marcus, Amelia, Madalyn and Skylar. Survived by brother, Giuseppe (Elisa) and predeceased by sister Elsa (Giuseppe) and brother Aldo (the late Alida). She will be missed by her nieces, nephews and extended family, here and abroad.
Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, May 5, 2017 at 10:45 a.m. at St. Peter’s Church, 100 Bainbridge Ave., Woodbridge. Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to Breast Cancer Society Canada.
