Maria "Mary" Letterio

Letterio, Maria “Mary” (retired Toronto Separate School Board) – after a courageous battle with cancer on Thursday, January 20th, 2011 at the Trillium Health Centre, Mississauga at the age of 64. Predeceased by her parents Rocco and Domenica. Beloved sister of Chris (Teresa), Carmen (Dino) Di Palma and Michael (Louise). Cherished aunt of Rosanna (Chris), Rocco (Lydia), Joseph (Mirjana), Monique (Paul), Daniela (Zoltan) and ten great nieces and nephews. Mary will be fondly remembered by all her family and friends. A heartfelt thank you to the Drs and nursing staff for their compassion and care of our sister. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston on Sunday from 2-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at All Saints Catholic Church, 1415 Royal York Rd. on Monday at 10 a.m. Entombment to follow at Westminster Mausoleum. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
