Maria Lucchetta
Maria Lucchetta (Nonna) passed away peacefully on Wednesday October 21, 2026 at Hennick Humber River Hospital at the age of 90.
Maria was born February 22, 1936, in Azzano Decimo, Pordenone, Italy. She married Ambrogio Secondo Lucchetta in 1957, (who is deceased since 1977) and came to start a new life in Canada. They settled in Toronto, Ontario and had 3 daughters, Marilena, Francesca and Diana.
Maria will be greatly missed by her daughters and her 5 grandchildren Adrian, Samantha, Jonah, Sarah and Aedan.
In addition, Maria will be deeply missed by all the WestPark LTC staff – Humber/York, where she was blessed to make her safe and loving home for the last twenty-four plus years. Thank you all so very much for taking care of our Maria.
