Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Thursday January 26, 2017 at the age of 91. Devoted wife of the late Ezio. Proud mother of Claudio (Pam) and Assunta “Sue” (Roberto Marsonet). Cherished Nonna of Michael (Mirella), Todd (Andrea), Jennifer (Robert) and Tracie (Claude). Loving Great grandmother of Ryland, Rebecca and Joshua. Maria will be sadly missed by her many family and friends in Canada, Italy and in Belgian. “You will be forever in our hearts, we love you.”
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston, on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at All Saints Roman Catholic Church 1415 Royal York Rd., Toronto on Mondy January 30th, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Prospect Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to St. Anthony of Padua Mission Aid would be appreciated.
