After a life well lived, Maria, devoted wife of the late Ivo, passed away peacefully following a brief illness on December 12, with her family at her side. Maria is survived by her beloved son Ed and his wife Cheryl, and cherished grandchildren Kayla and Andrew.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, on Friday December 14, 2012 from 2-8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Clare of Assisi Church, 150 St. Francis Avenue, Woodbridge on Saturday, December 15th, at 11:00 am. Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sunnybrook Foundation – TAVI Program H332, 2075 Bayview Ave., Toronto M4N 3M5.
