It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Maria, on June 21, 2012, at the age of 87. Born in Cimadolmo, Treviso, Italy. Beloved wife of Gino, whom would have been married for 58 years in July. Loving mother of Mary (Ron ) and Joanne (Eric). Devoted nonna of Jessica (Steve), Marc, Alexandra, Julia and bis-nonna to Emma and Sara.
Visitation will be held at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, on Sunday, from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Margaret Mary Church, 8500 Islington Ave, Woodbridge on Monday, June 25, 2012 at 10 am. Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of one’s choice would be appreciated.
