Passed away very suddenly on Thursday, March 22, 2012, with her family by her side, Connie Braga joined the Lord. Beloved wife of Fernando. Dear mom of Emanuel and Nelia Braga, Fernando and Michelle Braga, Christine and Rob Stirpe and Gabriel Braga. Cherished and loved Vavô of Stephanie, Veronica, Mitchell, Leah, Chelsea, Nicholas, Matteo and Alayah.
Family and Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 52 Main Street South, Brampton, on Saturday, March 24th from 6:00p.m. – 9:00p.m. and on Sunday, March 25th from 2:00p.m. – 4:00p.m. and 7:00p.m. – 9:00p.m. Her Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady Of Fatima Church, 101 Malta Avenue, Brampton on Monday, March 26th at 10:00a.m. Interment at Assumption Catholic Cemetery. Immediately following Interment, a reception will be held at Our Lady of Fatima Church. If desired, memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, would be appreciated by the family.
