It is with sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved Mother in her 97th year. Cherished wife of the late Giuseppe (2008), beloved mother of Vincenzo and Enza, Liberata Di Pede and the late Dante, Mario and Rosa, Armando and Sandra, Angelo and Anna. Loved Nonna of Claudio, Tony, Walter, Peter, Maggie, Nadia, the late Stephen, Mark, Rick, Joe, Joe, Grant and Clare. Dearest BisNonna of 22. Daughter of the late Angelo and Domenica DeGasperis (nee Longo). Sister of the late Concetta, Loreta, Rosetta, Francesco, Vincenzo, Emilia and Teresa.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, on Thursday, December 5th from 6-9p.m. and Friday, December 6th from 1-4 & 6-9p.m. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, December 7th, 2013 at St. Charles Borromeo, 811 Lawrence Ave. West and Dufferin St. (South West Corner) at 9a.m. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery immediately following. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Villa Charities.
