Hawes, Margaret Lillian – peacefully at Specialty Care Bradford Valley on Friday, August 2nd, 2013 in her 96th year. Predeceased by her beloved husband Edward (53 years). Loving mother of Ronald (Veronica) and Jim (Wendy). Cherished grandma of Gregory, Jacqueline (Ron) Boston and great granddaughter Andrea Margaret. Dear sister of Elsie (Eric) Trethewey and Jim (Marg) Long. She will be sadly missed by all her family. Many thanks to all the staff at Bradford Valley for their loving care and support. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (north of Lawrence Ave) Weston, on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the time of service in the chapel at 11 a.m. Reception to follow service. A private family interment will take place at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be greatly appreciated.
