Peacefully, surrounded by her family at the Humber River Regional Hospital-Church site on Thursday July 14, 2011, Margaret Allen in her 81st year. Reunited with her late husband of 60 years Charlie. Devoted mother of Sue and her husband Norm and Steve and his wife Josie. Loving Nana of Chris and his wife Grace, Jesse and his fiancée Krystal, Pam, Ashley, Samantha and Lucas and Great-Nana of Trinity, Tristen and Avery Charles. Loving sister of George Dickinson of Liverpool, England. Margaret will be remembered by her family and friends as a loving and caring person with a wonderful sense of humour. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston on Sunday July 17, 2011 from 2-4 pm and Monday July 18, 2011 from 7-9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday July 19th, 2011 at 11:30 am. Interment to follow at Riverside Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
