Manuel De Sousa

Manuel De Sousa was born in Portugal to the late Joseph and Maria De Sousa on November 13, 1943.
He peacefully passed away surrounded by his loving family on June 27, 2015.

Devoted husband of Dora for 48 years. Dedicated Father to Maria (Roberto Fontana) and Robert (Rebecca De Sousa). Cherished Nonno of Joshua, Alessia, Annabella and Veronica. Proud Son-in-law to Filomena and to the late Francesco Garisto. Respected Brother-in-law to Rosa and to the late Domenico Galati, Vincenzo (Lora Garisto) and Domenic (Cindy Garisto). Also sadly missed by several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. Forever in our hearts, lost but never forgotten. Taken too soon, he is our Angel.

Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.) Woodbridge on Tuesday June 30/ Wednesday July 1, from 2-4pm & 6-9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Marguerite d'Youville Parish (2490 Sandalwood Pkwy East) Brampton on Thursday July 2, at 10:30am. Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Woodbridge. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in the memory of Manuel De Sousa to the Canadian Cancer Society.
