Peacefully, on Wednesday June 15th, 2011, after a lengthy illness at Humber Memorial Hospital, Luis Enrique Ortiz passed in his 69th year. Beloved husband of Marlene, loving father of Luis Rodolfo, Luz Virginia, Emilio Alberto, Ana Beatriz, Lorena, Glenda and Manuel. He will be sadly missed by 18 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Survived by his brother Mario and predeceased by his sister Blanca Virginia and mother Virginia Candelaria Ortiz. The family will receive friends at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road, Toronto, Ontario on Friday June 17, 2011 from 2-4pm and 6-9p.m. A Funeral Mass will be Celebrated at St. Augustine of Canterbury Roman Catholic Church, 80 Shoreham Drive, Toronto,Ontario on Saturday June 18th at 11:30 am. Interment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery.
