Peacefully surrounded by his family on June 20, 2012 in his 85th year. Dear husband of Vivian for 59 wonderful years. Very loving father of Susan and Simon Asaro, Cathy and Sal Lunetta, Bill and Lisa. Adoring grandfather to Nicholas (Amanda), Billy (Melissa), Daniella, Laura, Joanna, Stephanie, Jennifer and Julia. Great grandfather to Liam and Santino. Sadly missed by his twin sister Velma Gregoris (Fred ) and Armando and Kathleen. Brother in law of Mel and Norma Morassutti. He will be remembered by his nieces, nephews and many friends. The family will receive friends at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave.W) Weston on Sunday from 2-5 and 6-9 pm. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday June 25, 2012 at 9:30 am. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to Doctor Sandra Black at the Cognitive Neurology Department at Sunnybrook Health Science Centre.
