Passed away peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday, December 18, 2016 at Woodlands of Sunset nursing home in Welland, Ontario. Predeceased by her husband Paul George. She will be missed by her sons Paul (Barbara) and Glenn (Cathie). She leaves behind 4 grandchildren who will miss her dearly. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, Oakville Chapel, 109 Reynolds Street, Oakville, on Wednesday, December 28th, 2016 from 11:00am to 12:00pm. Entombment to follow at Glendale Memorial Gardens.
