Lorraine Milligan

MILLIGAN, Lorraine Olive Mary (nee McCue) passed away peacefully, at Hennick Humber Hospital, on September 17th 2026, at the age of 92, after a brave battle with cancer.

Predeceased by much loved and missed husband Thomas (Tom) with whom she was married to for 67 years. Mother to son Steven and his family: Susan, Gary, Tina, Devin, Drew, Jessica, Gryphon, Kirin, Shari, Darren, Jaimi, Joey and Brandon; son Christopher (deceased 1980); daughter Bernice and her family: David, Kimberley, Gurpreet, Jazmynn, Jayden, Mike, Jett and Crew; and daughter Jean and her family: Timothy and Shayley. A great friend to her in-laws and aunt to much loved nieces and nephews.

Lorraine enjoyed golfing and curling with Tom and their many friends at Weston Golf & Country Club where they were members for over 60 years. During the winter months, they golfed at Del Ray Dunes, in Florida, where Lorraine proudly achieved a hole-in-one. She was always excited to join a card game, attend a dinner, luncheon or party as spending time with family and friends was Lorraine’s most valued pastime. Lorraine was a vivacious lady with a very warm heart, a wonderful laugh and the ability to share a joke in any situation. She will be missed by all.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd, 2026 10:45am at Transfiguration of Our Lord Church, 45 Ludstone Dr, Etobicoke, followed by interment at Assumption Catholic Cemetery and a reception at Weston Golf & Country Club.
