Linda Jean Guyatt Arthur

Linda Jean Guyatt Arthur died peacefully the morning of January 17th, surrounded by some of the people she loved.

She was born to the late Dr. John McPherson Guyatt and Janet Arbutus Guyatt (McDonald), October 7th 1945 in Hamilton, Ontario.

She married Charles Arthur in 1971 and they were together for 27 years. She is survived by her partner Craig MacIntosh.
Linda was an elementary school teacher who loved the children and taught with passion.


Linda is survived by her two children Carolyn Murdoch (Richard) and Lindsay Dooh (Robert). She is also survived by granddaughter Annabelle and siblings John (Theresa), Michael (Mary), William, Marion (André), and Douglas (Joanne).

Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home "Brampton Chapel" 52 Main Street South, Brampton on Thursday January 19th from 7-9 p.m. A memorial service will be held in the Ward Funeral Home Chapel on Friday January 20th 2012 at 3:00 p.m. Cremation has already taken place.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made out to the MS society of Canada or CAMH.
