Dempster, Lilyan Wilhelmina – Peacefully in Barbados on Tuesday May 22, 2012 formerly of Burlington, Ontario. Cherished Wife of the late Halbert David Dempster. Devoted Mother of Diana Dempster-Messoloras, Dawn Ridley and the late Dennyse Dempster-King. Dear Grandmother of David, Brian (Lilian), Lisa (Christian). Loving Great Grandmother of Dominique, Eric and Sebastien. Mother-in-law of Michael Ridley and George King. Sister of Kathleen, Evelyn, Hazel, Anne and Rosalie, and the late Violet, Winnifred, William, Helen, John and Maurice (Swaby family). She will be fondly remembered by her many cousins, nieces, nephews and several good friends. A Memorial Service in Celebration of Lil’s Life will be held at St Peter’s Church, Erindale 1745 Dundas Street West in Mississauga on Thursday September 13, 2012 at 2:00pm. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be greatly appreciated.
