Lilian Drennan

DRENNAN, Lilian Emily - Born November 25, 1923 London, England and died January 9, 2013 at Brampton of old age. Mom leaves behind her husband of 66 years, George from Belfast, Northern Ireland, who she met during the war and married shortly thereafter and who currently resides at Grace Manor, HCH; sons Brian (JoAnn) of Mississauga and George (Sharron) of Muskoka; grandchildren Jamie, Bailey, Greg and Laura and great- grandson Jakob. Like many Moms she was the backbone of our home. She cooked wonderful meals, nursed us when we were sick, tended our broken bones or hearts, endured cold hockey rinks and wet soccer fields, laughed at our silly jokes, frowned at our report cards and loved us. Mom had wonderful friends and family who played a great role in her long life. A service will be held at 1:00 on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at Horizon Hall, Holland Christian Homes, Brampton where Mom resided. Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to Holland Christian Homes.
