GEMMITI, LIBERATA (nee Simone) - Peacefully passed away on December 3, 2011, at the age of 91 at Humber River Regional Hospital (Church St. site). Beloved wife of the late Bartolo. Cherished mother of Rose (Danilo Cossarin). Loving grandmother to Mark (Mary) and Daniel (Tina). Dearest bisa to Tomas, Isabel, Julia and Anneliese. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the caring staff at the hospital and Villa Leonardo Gambin Long Term Care Residence. Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy #7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.) Woodbridge, 905-851-9100, on Monday, from 2-4pm & 6-9pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Roch’s Church, 2889 Islington Ave, Toronto, on Tuesday, December 6th, 2011 at 10am. Entombment at Prospect Cemetery, Toronto. Memorial donations may be made to Villa Charities or a charity of your choice.
