Leslie Powell

It is with deep love and heartfelt sorrow that we announce the passing of Leslie Alfonso Powell, affectionately known as Lester or Big Les, on Sunday, August 2, 2026, at the age of 82, surrounded by the love of his family.

Leslie was a devoted father, proud grandfather, cherished brother, uncle, and loyal friend. He was a devoted family man whose strength, courage, humor, and love touched everyone fortunate enough to know him. He left an indelible mark on the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him.

His memory and laughter will remain forever in our hearts and in the hearts of his extended family and friends. We will forever cherish the love, laughter, and countless memories we shared with him. Though he is gone, he will never be forgotten.
