Leslie Fargher

Leslie “Les” Arthur Fargher passed away peacefully on December 6, 2023 at the age of 90 surrounded by family. Les will be greatly missed by his loving wife Rosemarie, son Kevin, daughter Michelle and son-in –law Raymond. He was a very proud Papa to Ashley and Michael. He will be fondly remembered by his brothers and sisters in law and his nieces and nephews.
Les was a police officer with Toronto Police for 35 years. He retired at the age of 56 and enjoyed a lengthy retirement which included spending time at his happy place, the family cottage in Bancroft. Les had a wonderful sense of humour and a no-nonsense approach to life.
A memorial reception/visitation will be held at Ward Funeral Home (2035 Weston Rd., Toronto) on Sunday, December 17, 2023 from 12pm to 2pm. If desired, donations to Toronto’s Children’s Aid are appreciated.
