Laurie Scott

Laurie Michelle Scott passed away peacefully on Friday, August 22nd at Humber River Regional Hospital, in her 56th year.

Laurie was born on February 11, 1969 in Toronto. She married Greg Artinoff (pre-deceased) in 2007 and celebrated their two children Kayla and Joshua. She loved being a mother, but her most cherished title was "Nana". Her granddaughter, Harlowe was the joy of her life.

Laurie leaves behind her mother Bev, sisters Cheryl-Anne and Carrie. She will be remembered and celebrated by her many aunts, uncles and cousins. She is pre-deceased by her father, Tom.

As well, Laurie was welcomed into the Artinoff family and will be greatly missed by Nancy & Pat, Vicky & Roman, Roger & Corrie. Laurie loved being an Aunt to Matthew, Lily, Jackson & Ella.

The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses of the Oncology Unit at Humber River Regional Hospital. Their compassion and kindness were a constant source of strength to Laurie and her family.

Laurie's family will be Celebrating her Life with a cocktail reception on Sunday, September 28th, 1:00-4:00 pm, at The Alderlea, 40 Elizabeth Street South, Brampton, ON.
