With heavy hearts we announce that Kristine ‘Krissie’ Marie Amaral, born on January 28th, 1990, in Brampton passed away on October 19, 2023, at the age of 33.

Survived by her mother Zelia and father Carlos Amaral. Sister to Jennifer and brother in-law Kevin. Aunt to Dominick Avila, Jonathan and Olivia Dias. Granddaughter to Jorgina Amaral. Predeceased by grandfather Jose Amaral, and grandmother Lucia Da Ponte. Krissie will be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and beloved friends.

Krissie was an artist, a painter, a glassmith, a teacher, a gardener, a baker, a photographer, an event planner and makeup artist. She was the true definition of a renaissance woman. But most importantly, of all her many talents - she was a friend, a true friend. She touched the lives, hearts, and memories of everyone she met.
