At the young age of 31, Kristal Juanita Herbert passed away suddenly at Oakville Trafalgar Hospital on September 4th, 2021. She was a devoted mother and is survived by her seven children Kayshawna, Andrea, Isaih, Tiya, Tehwayne, Tehmore and Dwayne…. her heartstrings.

Heart broken by her sudden passing is Dwayne Francis, partner with whom she shared 4 children, but he fathered and supported each one.



Kristal is the beloved daughter of Roslyn Phillips-Herbert (Deceased) and Dexter Herbert. She is survived by her grandmother Joan Herbert of Barbados, her brother Clive Phillips and sister Jessica Herbert of New York.



Kristal's extended family spans the globe. Here in Toronto, she will be missed by many starting with the Matriarch Esmeralda, Regina, Elaine, Douglas and Erika. Many others in Barbados, England and New York are mourning.



Kristal was the life of the party. Her personality was huge! She enjoyed social media and could often be found making a video to express her views and feelings. One can say that she marched to her own drums. Things were not always peaches and cream, but she did the best that she could in every situation which always entailed putting her children first. She absolutely loved celebrating the kids' birthdays, their happiness was her number one priority.

One of her last social media posts stated, "Life is a highway, you have many exits to come off." Dearest Kristal…..you've made your exit. Though you've exited this earthly plane, you remain in our hearts forever.
