BADIN, Katharina - Passed away peacefully on February 11, 2011 in her 78th year. Predeceased by her loving husband Jan. Beloved mother of Mary (David), Jan (Carol), Joe (Sheryl) and Janet (John). Treasured grandmother of Jan, Kurt (Krista), Michael, Matthew, Katie, Anthony and Daniela. She will be missed dearly by her brothers and sisters, Josef (Maria), Stefan (predeceased Hanna), Maria, Lisi (Joe), predeceased by her sister Teresa (Heinz), and Anni (Claude) and her nieces and nephews. She will be missed by all her dear friends and neighbours. Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy. 7 (just west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, 905-851-9100, on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at 10 a.m. at St. Philip Neri, 2100 Jane St., Toronto. Interment to follow at Meadowvale Cemetery, 7732 Mavis Rd., Brampton.
