Passed away peacefully on October 1, 2024, surrounded by his family. Predeceased by his mother, Regina Kozakiewicz and his brother Jan Kozakiewicz.
Beloved father to Kathy (Pavel) and Bo (Steve). Loving grandpa to Emma, Olivia, Eli and Eliot.
A special thank you to the Lubinski family for all their support and care.
He was loving, selfless and benevolent. A great father and grandfather. His love reached us no matter the distance.
