Joyce Elizabeth Smith

Died peacefully on February 28, 2014 in her 96th year. Beloved wife of the late Charles Alfred Smith (2000), loving mother to Ronald Charles Smith, grandmother (Kendra Dunlop and Crawford Smith), great grandmother, aunt, sister and friend to countless others. Joyce is survived by her sister Jocelyn and predeceased by her sister Marcia and brother Bernard. Her passion for life and all it had to offer will be missed by all. Avid curler, florist, dancer and card shark, "Mame" tackled life head on, and lived a vibrant, active life until the very end. We love you.

A ceremony of life followed by a reception will be held on March 17, 2014 at Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (north of Lawrence Ave) Weston, at 12:00 pm.
