Jorge Eduardo Portiansky

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Jorge Eduardo Portiansky, who passed away on March 3, 2026 at the age of 71.

Jorge was a devoted father, proud grandfather, loving brother, and loyal friend. He was the beloved father of Sebastian (Carmen), Victoria (Frank), Eduardo (Rocio), and Cecilia. He was the cherished grandfather of Ethan, Chloe, Aiden, Aimee, Greyson, and Andrea, who lovingly knew him as Abuelo. His grandchildren were the greatest joy in his life and the source of immense pride.

Jorge is also survived by his dear siblings Alicia and Carlos (Monica), along with many extended family members and friends who will remember him with great affection.

He is now reunited in heaven with his loving parents, Nelida and Eduardo.

Jorge will be remembered as a hardworking man who was deeply devoted to his family. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need and lived his life with generosity, kindness, and strength. He had a love for travel and treasured the memories made along the way, but nothing brought him greater happiness than spending time with his grandchildren.

Jorge’s legacy of love, dedication, and generosity will live on through his family and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
