John Frederick Pendyk

Pendyk, John Frederick March 16, 1953 - December 10, 2025

John passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at the age of 72. Predeceased by his parents, John and Mary Pendyk. Loving father of Danielle (George), and Julia Mary. Proud grandfather of Arthur and Marigold. Brother to Sue (Stafford), Dan (Laurie), Julia (Jerry), Jeremy (Jacqueline). 

John will be also missed by numerous nieces and nephews. 

John had a great smile, great laugh and an enviable moustache. He enjoyed music and was a talented self-taught musician in his youth. John also had a passion for cooking and was a very good chef. John was always interested in learning from others. He would take a genuine interest in and begin conversations with people he met in shops, events and in his neighbourhood. He enjoyed one on one conversations to learn about people’s life stories and experiences. John found comfort in his faith, his family and the support of his church community. 

A memorial will be held at Toronto North Christadelphian Church at 39 Knox Avenue, North York on January 24, 2026 at 2pm.
