With sorrow the family announces his passing on August 17, 2013 at Humber River Regional Hospital. Beloved husband of Verna for 59 years. Dear father of Penny (Derek), Jackie (Dan), Shelley (Ray) and Steven (Karen). Cherished grandfather of Lucas, Ali, Jaimie, Tasha, Melissa and Drew. Predeceased by his brother Robert. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston, on Thursday from 7:00 – 9:00 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at Transfiguration Of Our Lord Catholic Church (45 Ludstone Dr. Etobicoke) on Friday at 10:30 am .
