Passed away peacefully at Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay Ontario on Friday January 31st 2014 in his 76th year. Much loved husband of Elizabeth and adoring father of Catherine. John was a very loving and caring man who loved life and was a big kid at heart. His interests ranged from socializing with "friends" and family, cooking, eating, garage sales, collecting watches and metals to most of all just enjoying life with those around him.
Friends and family will be received at The Ward Funeral Home "Brampton Chapel" 52 Main St. S. (Hwy#10) Brampton from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday morning February 8th 2014 at 11 a.m. at St Anne's Roman Catholic Church 115 Vodden St E. Brampton followed by cremation.
