Peacefully on June 24, 2012 at the Brampton Civic Hospital with his family by his side. Beloved Husband of Bonnie. Loving Father of Jessica Baird, her husband Ryan; and John Jr. (J.J.). Brother of Jackie Young and Frankie and his wife Virginia. Brother in law to Joanne, Rita and Carol. John will also be missed by his many nieces and nephews.

Family and Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 52 Main Street South, Brampton on Wednesday June 27th from 6-9 p.m. and on Thursday June 28th, 2012 from 10 a.m. until a time of service in the Ward Funeral Home Chapel at 12 Noon. Cremation to follow.
